For a new full time employee, Third Way will cover over 70% of the premiums for medical up to that employee’s five-year anniversary. After five years of employment, Third Way will cover 90% of the employee’s medical premiums. Dependents of the employee may also be enrolled under the employee’s plan at a higher premium. Access to healthcare after 30 days of FT employment.
