Job Training

The training is very nice and they pay for it

Job training consists of three days in Minneapolis at their home office where you learn how to conduct a meeting with prospects. After that there are weekly Adobe trainings for two months where you are supposed to learn the steps to taking a prospect through the sales process but little time is given to ask questions and specific questions cannot be answered during the meeting. You are encouraged to call the Sales Desk with specific questions and most often you will be asked to consent to Joint Field Work by the Sales Desk which lessens your compensation.

Continued job training is expected including lunch n' learns, seminars, and conferences.
