Was able work from home on fixed schedule and also when I needed to when unexpected things arose at home

Flex scheduling/remote work policy is AMAZING. Truly a perk!

Being your own boss sounds great on paper and setting your own hours gives you the ability to work around your families needs. Most weeks I've worked without a day off in order to accommodate all of the trainings, conference calls and additional meetings as well as calling prospects, setting up appointments, documenting calls/appointments, actually holding appointments and filing.

You can really go anywhere that you can still get work done. They will require you to attend certain training classes or else they might take away your allotted marketing budget.

Not available for working at home for an Office Manager. Finacial reps can work from home and most successful rep do work from home. Running an office is to expensive and the mither company dies not help with those expenses

Expected to use centralized offices to support a professional environment for the membership, however there is flexibility to work from home.

I know a number of folks who work from home. Managers are actually pretty good about this, as most work can certainly be done remotely. Thrivent is a little insane about data security and you'll have a number of hoops to jump though to make it work. But it's doable.

FA's can work from home but I wouldn't do this until you really get rolling.

Some departments let everyone work from home. Management should hold people accountable when this occurs
