Benefits are managed through a self insured approach so they are extremely stringent releasing funds.

They match 3 % to 401k Health coverage sucks That's about it

The good is the up to ten percent anually bonus. The worst are the small amount of paid holidays and vacation days.

Still do a 401K with a 100% for first 3% and 50% match for next 3%. No longer offer a pension.

The benefits are average for industrial companies with fair premiums for health insurance.

From what I've heard from full time employees, the 401(k) is/was very competitive. The rest of the health insurance/eye/dental is average for what you'd get in a corporate benefits package. A new thing this year was paid holidays for interns, which was a pleasant surprise.
