Their performance system is under utilized and ignored, unless it is for tracking performance improvement plans. Bonuses and raises are assigned based on the room gut feel instead of assessing completion and progress on yearly scope assignments.

All the benefits have been great if you are in network. The 401K has a match up to a certain percentage.

Insurance is garbage, base level too expensive and does not cover anything until deductible is met. No sick or pto
