No job training I was trained for a week and then expected to know everything after that. Constant changes that are impossible to keep up with.

2-4 days, totaling 8-16 hours. I was finding out new things regularly, simply because no one had ever told me about it. Most associates were constantly trying to fill in the blank for one another.

I'm sure it could be a bit better with a better instructor, but there was 0 structure. Tons to read, old methods and nothing really was cohesive. I think a toddler could have designed a better training program.

Held meetings over new jeans and would offer special pricing after trainings!! Great way to train and learn is hands on and owning the product.

Horrible training. Was briefly taught how to fold their denim. What each pant is, and fitting room procedures. Wasn't taught to push loyalty, credit, haute cash, or use POS.

Pretty much Learn as you go but you do get I think 2-3 days of actual training.
