The constant changes with how calculating bonuses was frustrating. The goal post moves constantly, resulting in increased workload for less payout. Also, quarterly bonus is not monetary. Instead its a 60% off shopping day.

Only for management but based on how well the store performed you might get a small bonus for month or quarter

Unrealistic sales and staffing goals made sure staff never made monthly sales goals required for tiny monthly bonus

It was a conundrum. Manager and key holders got most hours, and thus got the biggest sales, but then punished other associates for not being able to do as well even though many only got to work 2-8 hours a week compared to their 25-40. They then rewarded themselves with MORE HOURS. So the cycle of basically being blocked out of working was just endless.

If you make a month all sales associates get a $10 reward, while I believe that managers get a bonus if they make every quarter.

The performance bonuses were good. There would usually be some type of selling contest within the district to win any bonus cash or prize.

For sales associates it's pretty lame, no monetary bonus. Sometimes 10$ gift cards to Torrid.
