Seven paid sick days per year. Managers are very flexible with these, and can work around what you need to happen most of the time as long as you're not taking advantage.

You were given sick days but always were questioned about them like you weren’t truly sick and just wanted a day off. Reason they did that was because a lot of people did want a day off just to be out of the office that day or any others. It was just a relief to get out of the office as at times it could be so toxic to be at. That’s the reason as 5pm a herd of people rush out of the doors to get out of there. So many employees just use it as a job instead of a career.
