401K Plan

The company matched employees' contributions to their 401ks from their paychecks up to 4%, allowing employees to invest up 4% of their paychecks but reap the benefits as though they had invested 8%. Investments greater than 4% are matched but only up to 4% e.g. an employee investing 5% of his paycheck has an amount equal to 9% of his paycheck invested in his 401k.

4% pre-tax contribution into a plan of your choice.

They had a match option - I believe up to 6%.

If your salary is enough, this could be a great benefit If you do not make enough money to live on, you cannot afford to contribute and you will have no retirement funds

You cannot contribute to your 401k until after 1 year of service. Once you are able to contribute, the company will match 50% up to 6% of your salary.

4% match is pretty standard
