The discount would be for 10% off certain items in the store. Most of the time employees just used them to get drinks or snacks from the front. It would be good for buy gifts for friends or family because the cost was cheaper.

It's only a 10% discount. There are places that have at least 20 or 30% discounts for their employees. It shows me that TRU only cares more about making money rather than their employees.
