Health Insurance

Pros:Contribution to HSA account is nice at annual enrollment. Cons:Out of pocket expenses until deductible met.

High deductible plan with a pretty hefty cost each month for a family plan.

Never really used it, so I can't say much. Generally, I was not impressed with what it was offering.

Health insurance is great for employees

Health insurance plans don't cover very much and the high deductible doesn't really save you any money.

Insurance is expensive. Not really great options to choose.

The employee healthcare insurance plan covered very little at the price of high deductibles, monthly premiums, and max out-of-pockets. At the time I became eligible for the employee health insurance plan the corporation had switched from what I am told was a great plan with excellent coverage and reasonable deductibles, monthly premiums, and max out-of-pocket expenses (a fairly nice Blue Cross Blue Shield plan, I believe), to a cheaper, more affordable plan for the company - not for the employees (a minimal coverage Aetna plan, as I recall).

Deductible is too high, but there are multiple plan options.

Pretty useless gives you coverage that really doesn't help in the slightest.
