When you enter management there is training, very detailed courses and in-store learning with other members of management. Everything up to that is left to you to learn either by viewing SOP forms online or on the job with other workers.

Job training was in person and online videos, did a pretty thorough job at training us, and within a week of work felt comfortable with the system.

It just depends on who trains you. You are given lots of training.

Their biggest problem is that they hire you and don't train you to do your job. It is expected you learn as you go.
