Hourly team members get sick time and it accrues pretty quick, and even part time team members are eligible for sick time.

Best thing was they built up rapidly.
Worst thing was that you basically had to be in the hospital for a week before they even considered letting you use it.

If you are sick, simply call in and you can take a day off to get better.

Sick time was not tracked or used from a bank of sick days, it was unlimited/use as needed.

They will make you find someone to work your shift. They also won't let someone else call the store for you.

you get fussed at royally for calling out sick, takes 3 days out AND a doctor's note to get sick pay. Missed work due to 3 ER visits in one week and got one day's worth of sick pay.

I don't recall having sick days to use, I was expected to work. If I called in sick, there was no compensation, just a day of lost wages.
