Very decent! Your unused time roll over which is wonderful, especially if you don't take a lot of time off.

It's not the kind of PTO you'd expect from a multi-billion dollar company. They give you the bare minimum. They offer several "flexible holidays" rather than having all set holidays, which sounds good at first, but when you want to use them, your supervisor can deny it and the time does NOT roll over. Pretty crappy.
