When working in production, time off can be hit or miss. The company relies on having working bodies present 24 hours so if there is low capacity on a team, time off may not be granted.

They offer a good amount of PTO.

They pay for it.

vacation days does increase every year as you work longer at the company.

PTO is accrued at a decent rate and that rate increases the longer you're with the company. Yout stop accruing days once you hit 20, but that number also increases the longer you're with the company. It could be a bit more generous, but it's still pretty good.

They are stingy on holidays.
