We get 4% match for every 5% we give. I haven't heard many companies that DONT give 5% for 5%.

Excellent company match, plus discretionary retirement funding, which has been consistent for manny years. Great mutual fund investment options through Fidelity.

There is matching up to a point. Pretty much standard at every place these days.

Compensation is nice for the job

The plan was easy to sign up for and the company would add a "bonus" employer contribution every year based on the profits made by the company.

After three months of employment I was authorized to deposit money into my 401K account; after 6 months, the company matches contributions up to 4-5% of salary. 401K is with Merrill Lynch and they provide a good number of Mutual Funds to choose.
