Job Training

What is advertised as job training, is merely just someone 'correcting' the transcript you have produced. There is no feedback, and actually now way of discerning between changes that are not actually errors on the transcriber's part and the more just grey areas relating to final structure. The Quality Assurance team members are ALSO in training, and have no more qualification than the transcribers they are responsible for making decisions that affect whether a transcriber will receive payment for their work or not. All round, a very arbitrary and extremely unjust system.
