Performance Bonus

There are no bonuses whatsoever, unless you consider moving up to more realistic payment rates (from, say, $3 per hour to maybe $5) as something that falls within the definition of bonus. For places like this company, that would not be out of the realms of how they redefine and excuse all of their actions).
