There are no benefits provided by this company to a work-from-home employee. I am sure all the money they make off us pays for some sort of benefits for the corporate ones, though.

A quota system has been created with 50 jobs minimum per month for transcribers and one audio hour per month for QAs which did not exist before. Although extensions can be provided if you email in advance.

It's great. They are very flexible. You can work anytime that you want. Whichever times suit your day. I'm a stay at home mom so it really works well for me.

This is really just another work from home site, even though it is 'touted' as a legitimate career option.

You can choose your schedule, how much and how often you work, as well as which jobs you want to take. It's very convenient if you're traveling or on the go and all you need are good quality studio headphones and a computer or laptop.

The best thing is being able to work around my families needs and the extra cash that is available when I can work.
