Great provider and 3 plan options. No major cons.

There are multiple health insurance tier options offered to meet everyone's needs.

It doesn't appear as if they even tried to negotiate a lower increase this year. Other small companies negotiated zero and two percent increases. It could have been done, if they had actually cared enough about their employees to try.

we get to choose between two expensive plans with high premiums for very little coverage.

Moves from company to company. But they cover a nice chunk which is helpful

It was about what you would expect a company to offer. They jump to different companies alot which is nice to keep cost down however can be a negative.

They offer a wide range of insurance plans to choose, so not everyone is grouped into one big policy that may or may not work for them.

$25 copay, prescriptions are $10 minimum.
