Job Training

Job Training - this is one area the department I worked in is in need of improvement. When I was hired in 2000, I was told that it typically takes a full year of training before the new recruit could possibly be able to work totally independently. I found that to be true due to issues that come up, but only now and then. I was blessed because I was familiar with legal terminology and understood who to call and what the words meant on a judge's card; order; motion; or commitment
