Great health insurance, not great maternity leave package. Leave with full pay for only a few months (standard state level), with option to take more time off without pay. Outdated for an HR company.

For a single person the health insurance is very inexpensive with low deductibles. They use all the best carriers (BCBS, United, Aetna and Kaiser) and rich, affordable plans for family.
