Vacation & Paid Time Off

Easy to avail, but not a lot.

There was no sick time, just PTO. You maxed out on the PTO benefit after nine years. You started accruing from day 1 and the company would let you go in the hole by 40 hours, if needed. You just had to pay it back through a term check if you left before you were back to 0.

Great starting PTO with additional earned with tenure.

Healthy PTO balance as well as the offered floating holidays as we all celebrate differently.

It was average for my experience.

there is a vacation policy and you accrue days however due to the high demands put on sales people taking the vacation is often difficult as you are given no break from targets.

We get it and we can see how much we have used easily

I don't love PTO, would prefer to have separate vacation and sick days.

17 Paid Time Off per year + 10 Paid Holidays. Its great to have time off.

Plenty of PTO and holidays.
