I can say for sure the rates are great! Close to $350 a month from your pay check. But that amount is before tax so even good. They also have a FLEXIBLE SPENDING Account ( even cool )

Many employees are on the HQ payroll but live/work out of state. Only one plan offered and if live out of state can be very expensive paying out of next work. If use their hospitals and system less expensive. Copays & coinsurance high for families.
