I like the HRA and FSA options. The deductible is not that bad either for individual and family. I’ve seen worse.

there are people who work at Cpsi just for the insurance. i know one guy who makes his real money in real estate after hours and works at Cpsi just for the insurance. Similarly i have known several people who work just for the insurance and end up spending most of their money on childcare.
