The flexible part is good, the reduced hours is pretty much forced--I'm not sure anybody manages to regularly get more than the maximum number of hours they can sign up for when signing up for hours opens, and with how little you get paid for wait time it's rather frustrating.

The hours are flexible, but they only allow you to work up to 4 hours per day if you are a part time worker. This makes it very difficult to earn a living.

The hours are very flexible. You can be online whenever you want (since it is a 24/7 service). The only issue with hours is the hours depends on the school schedules since clients are students. So summer and winter months are very low.

To hard to get hours wanted most of the time. So in order to have the flexibility you have to log on and hope you get a session.

As a tutor, I can choose any hour in the 7 day week to work in. Because of this, my schedule is super dynamic and I can conform it to my life.
