They have a company match, but it is not very much - only half of your first 6%.

Best thing is Fidelity manages the plan and it is a 50 cents on the $, up to 6% of your pay.
Worst this is it is a 5 year vesting and they only match per paycheck, so if you go over for your contributions, they won't match the up to 6% of your pay.
