I came from working with the government which has amazing coverage. With Tyler, my deductible was pretty high and I felt like I had pretty high premiums.

Their health insurance is expensive. It is deducted bi weekly and the copays and deductibles make it even worse.Even with the higher tier plan that is more costly, the insurance is sub-par for such a large publcally traded company.

The insurance plan is excellent. My whole family is on the plan and we have not had any problems.
