I came from working with the government which has amazing coverage. With Tyler, my deductible was pretty high and I felt like I had pretty high premiums.

How cheap it was for such good coverage!

it is a little expensive, but worth it for a traditional PPO insurance versus the new trends.

Their health insurance is expensive.It is deducted bi weekly and the copays and deductibles make it even worse.Even with the higher tier plan that is more costly, the insurance is sub-par for such a large publcally traded company.
