EAP is available for trying to balance the many times you will need mental health counseling, marriage counseling and any other, however many times you use them they can't provide the solution it's simply like going to confession. Ultimately you have to find the strength in yourself to move on or find supportive listening open trust worthy friends outside of work that won't be judgemental. Oh and remember your supervisor and coworkers that like to gossip and judge at CBP are not your confidant friends. Find these outside of work.
