"They are very understanding when it comes to asking for a sick day or an emergency comes up. There are many other student workers that can fill the spot so it's easy for them to find a replacement for the shift."

Lots of health insurance options to choose from. You are required to contribute a large percentage of check to your retirement, and if you reach the vesting period you get a significant UC contribution retroactively and from that point forward as well.

The company provides excellent health care options with reasonable costs that are variable by salary. The retirement benefits for the UC system are excellent.
