Great medical options. I opted for a PPO and had knee surgery procedure for a copay of $100.00 , so it was great surgery and the price was super affordable. You have to add other copayment of $25 for doing MRI, or the visits, but all was reasonable. Dental benefits are so inadequate. I have spent about $6000.00 for one implant and an Endodony, I fo not have this amount of money, and made a huge dent in my budget, added stress and is just inadequate.
