Work from home is offered but the "flexible work agreements" state that if you work remotely you must work 5 days a week which slightly violates the "flexible" aspect of work in my opinon given that if i'm remote I should be able to chose to work my 40 or more hours during the week around other potential scheduled items that have to happen during business hours given that we have phones and ways to keep in touch for work during those as well.

They allow a lot of employees to work from home and I imagine even more will continue to do so once COVID restrictions are lifted
