They have two dental plans. The one where you have to pick their dentist has no annual limit. This is great, but there is no dentist on the plan within an hour of my house. So I chose the other plan, and now I have an annual limit of $2000 per person. So getting my daughters wisdom teeth extracted will be $900+ out of pocket. Ugh! But still pretty good compared to past employers.
