ON-SITE & REMOTE
UKG's US remote work policy applies to active, regular, full-time, US-based employees whose situation may warrant performance of job duties and responsibilities from a location other than a UKG office 100% of the time. Certain factors, such as specific organization or department requirements, business needs, and employee performance may require an otherwise eligible employee to work from a UKG office location rather than remotely.
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
Our staff wellness team offers 1:1 wellness & fitness coaching, ergonomic support, and group fitness classes. You also have access to free mindfulness and wellness platforms, and monthly well-being campaigns and challenges.
We may not meet as often after work as we used to, but our Workplace Events team hosts virtual company-wide events to engage both remote and in-office U Krewers.
