Good it exist. Performance bonus is aligned to rules of statistics, not quite based on a personal performance. In order to pay a team member more, the other one receives less.

I have never got cash bonus for my performance. But my annual review is always Excellent. I wish they have this in place. Because it does not matter how hard you are working you are not getting rewarded for it. Managers are doing their best to verbally reward you though.
