401K Plan

UPS do NOt put any money it.

It's good, you get company stock enrolled into it for incentives.

Retirement through 401k is not just necessary and smart but it's a MUST if you want to retire before you're 70! When I started UPS they matched up to 5% and now it's 3 but UPS stock is always profitable and a safe bet.

I've heard great things about it but as a part time employee you do not qualify for benefits until one year of employment.

I don't utilize the plan as of now but I've heard nothing but good things about the plan. My dad has been working here for 20 years and uses the plan and likes it
