it is way too expensive for how bad it actually is

Ups benefits are really good for a family

We get the best health insurance because we are almost worked to death, living in a truck more and then you live in your house puts a strain both mentally and physically.

Medical, dental, drug, eye care and supplemental life insurance

Health Benefit package is included in your monthly union dues, at least it was in 2016. When I left, I was paying $57 a month for me and my 2 year old boys. Compared to what I'm paying now and friends and family pay, only working for the US Government is better than UPS.
