perfect, I don't know how to explain all these if I was the one working with no benifits.

The best thing is that part time employees anf family are covered after 1yr of service. The worst thing other than waitinf one year, is that if you miss am entire week for being sick without working one minute, you and your family lose coverage for that week.

Not a lot of out of pocket cost to pay for insurance premiums. The health plans are all high deductible plans in accordance with the ACA

Health benefits are awesome worst thing is I never had any problems to say anything bad about it.

Premiums were good and the best part I cannot remember which provider they used I never had to use it.

Works really well with lower income households and retirees.
