Benefits continually decline year after year for management employees while benefits for union employees remain the same.

ups offers health, dental, and vision insurance. UPS offers excellent benefits and you have a choice between different plans depending on your individual needs.

The insurance based on premium is alright, but the costs associated with the bills are drastic considering the pay rate. Now, the Union members are handsomely compensated through the progression of their career, but it leaves quite a bit to be desired for PT management based on compensation. Much of the cost burden is placed on the employee during time of service, so the insurance becomes debatable when weighing the costs of prescriptions and services.
