Deductibles are too high and it feels no different than if I were just paying out of pocket with no insurance, except I have to pay an extra $60 out of my check each week.

Next year they will most likely drop the traditional plan which will further raise costs for employees and, once again, bring them "more in line" with the other bottom feeders in the industry.

Best thing is that they pay for it and the worst thing is waiting for a year to get it.

The health insurance from UPS has gotten me through surgeries and doctor visits with minimum pay. The health insurance is the main reason so many individuals apply for UPS in the first place

You don't have to pay for it, it comes out of your union dues, if you choose to join.

Options available if you'd prefer HMO or PPO..Kaiser or Blue Cross/Blue Shield , re: PPO, no deductibles and only 10$ copay.

UPS has one of the best health insurance benefits compared with other Atlanta based companies.

Excellent company paid health benefits.
