It’s a very good pension plan if you could make it a full 25 years . If you do not get full-time by age 30 you will never make it to retirement your body will completely wear out .

The Western Conference of Teamsters Pension Plan is the best multi employer plan to be in. It's 92% funded and fully green zone rated. It's well worth the wait for the five year vesting period.
