Don't get sick days due to being on the one year probationary period. I hate this website with every comment I have to make further on. Is that 20 words?

Ups don't offer sick days as sick days. They are option days. They are great.

At UPS, I am not presented with any options for sick day leave. I am a part-time seasonal employee. I have just begun to work with UPS. I imagine that the full-time employees are presented with many different plans that are beneficial to their employees.

The company gives days as one earns more time within the company. The sick days are paid and can be chosen when ever an employee decides to use them. However, if the employee is caught doing something other than staying at home sick, they may be fired.
