I'm going to take advantage of this but I don't have all the details. I know one college that basically goes one on one with how much they give back and that is Thomas Edison State College (online) Obviously you can go anywhere you just get more for your money if you go to this one...

UPS will pay some tuition assistance but the process is lengthy and very bureaucratic, lots of red tape, takes months and months to settle.
