Ups has one of the best tuition assistant programs out there

Part-time employees get full tuition reimbursement

Average. They offer something like $5k a semester up to $25k for your entire career at the company. You have to maintain a C average. Masters coverage only applies to supervisors and above. All needs to be approved by management to even be considered. There are a few online schools they will cover 100%. You have to work with the company minimum 2 years after you graduate or you pay back the tuition as a lump sum.

Great, pretty easy to sign up for and get set up. They do require you to send in passing grades at the end of the semester in order to sign up for the following semester.
