Called BRS, you have 401k with employer match up to 5%, you get a continuance pay at 12 years, and they give you a pension at 20 years. The pension is like 1/4 of your base pay or something like that, I forget. It’s not as bad a plan as the old geezers make it out to be though.

They will match you up to 5%. Thats a good deal on tax free money
