Army health insurance is a joke! They lost my blood samples twice and told me I might have HIV then said sorry we lost your blood can we retake it. After the third time they said sorry you are cleared and don't have HIV. I had 4 months of sleepless nights because of this. And all they said was so sorry. Can't sue them cause your not a human once you join you are just a number a cog in the green machine.
