Its pretty good. Its changing and when you first get in you won't get it right away. This will be explained to you by your recruiter, he'll lie so listen carefully to what he's saying. You will have to serve a certain number of years before you get it, and then it cuts off after a certain amount of credits. You may not get the full 4500 a year if you go over a certain amount of credits in a year.
