Its a weird plan - look into it thoroughly so you understand what you'll b e out of pocket for. Some things are a lot less than you'd think and some, like vision, aren't covered at all.

Two options (HMO/PPO). With PPO, company pays $750 on a debit card for a single person (more for families) to pay for co-pays, med expenses, etc. Healthy Points program to get discounts on premiums.

At the time I was there, it was a 90/10 plan with low deductibles and you could choose the doctor you wanted to go to. After Obama Care, premiums had to go up in order to keep the 90/10.

They don't want people to get sixk so they make up stuff and make you come in to work it really is time consuming to utilize the resources they have available, but hey there are free lunches available.
