I guess it's got a better vesting schedule than I thought. I will say that it's difficult to access your plan account. The links are hard to find on the employee intranet.

401K matching is good, and vesting is tiered with increased vesting on an annual basis; 100% vested at the end of 5 years. Max it out and take it with you when you move on.
