Paid training plus cash car and paid hotel

Gets better with every class. Lots of changes with technology causing some speed bumps. Things change quickly, sometimes training is lacking to keep pace.

job training is just terrible one of the worst things about this company. they have these so-called trainers that do very little in training. they expect the overworked and stressed out texchs to do the bulk of the training

Training is not the best, however I believe with the right supervisor you get training on the job. I did one week in classroom, two in the field without a truck and closely monitored for several weeks with truck.

Training should last months. You get a week or two and thrown out to do easy work... but without the technical knowledge to really do the job.

Horrible. All done on the computer, one of the most boring programs I've ever used. No quality field training.

Major upgrade in 2016. More up to date and lots of hands on.

Corporate training is useless. New workers need to train in the areas they will be working in. Allow ride-alongs with experienced and seasoned workers so new hires can get the fell of what we do and how we should be doing it.
